1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from the day of receipt to withdraw from their purchase without stating any reason.

This right applies only to unused items returned in their original condition and packaging.


2. How to Exercise This Right

Providing a reason for the return is optional, but it helps us improve our products and service.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, make-up, or other stains or odours.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

SÌBO FASHION reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the return.
  • If the returned items show signs of wear, damage, or odours, the refund may be partially or fully declined.
